How I make MY Tofu Scramble (Fake Eggs)🍳

Ingredients: • 1 Block of Organic Non-GMO Firm Tofu
• Seasonings (BRAGG Nutritional Yeast Seasoning, Chipotle Chili Pepper Powder, Black Pepper, Sea Salt, Curry Powder, Turmeric, Garlic Salt, Garlic Powder) I do not measure… I’m old school! So, I season according to how I my taste buds react when I taste test
• Chopped Green Onions

Directions: 1. Make sure the Tofu has been pressed of all its water so it is mostly dried out.

2. Add tofu to skillet that had 1 Tbsp of Cooking Oil and cook for 3 minutes on medium heat.

3. Add seasonings 1 by 1 to the Tofu and taste as you go so you do not over season or under season. Then once it is to your liking add chopped Green Onions and cook on low heat for another few minutes

4. Remove from heat. Enjoy with your other favorite breakfast goodies!!!
